Market stalls terms & conditions

Burnham Park Hall (BPH) takes no responsibility for damage to or theft from stall holder’s stands or goods, this should be covered by the individual’s insurance.

The stall fee must be paid in full at the time of booking, this is non-refundable.  Cheques are payable to Burnham Parish Council and should be addressed for the attention of Nikki Barton. Payments can also be made via phone or in person.  Online payment details are available on request.

Booking forms must be received no later than 4pm on November 24th 2023 and all spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis unless agreed with the supervisor at time of booking.
